The hotels were exactly as advertised. The front staff was very helpful at both. We loved Faial island. I'm glad we did 2 islands as San Miguel was very different (bigger and busier), but we enjoyed it too. Azores Getaways was easy to book and they were always prompt to reply to our questions.
